Changes in the Popularisation of Science
How do historiography, history and popular culture interact? The fourth annual conference exploring how the ways in which history is popularised have changed at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, and which approaches are suitable for teaching. This year’s event will also feature guests of honour from the ‘Rewrite History’ podcast and a special programme. And once again, a series of inspiring workshops for practising teachers.
The conference is organised by the Association for the Didactics of History, the Institute of History at the Faculty of Arts, University of Hradec Králové, the Institute for Contemporary History of the Czech Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of History at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University.
