Futures and Pasts of Illiberal Constitutionalism: East Central Europe in Context
Ve dnech 12.-13. září 2024 proběhne na vídeňské CEU konference pod názvem Futures and Pasts of Illiberal Constitutionalism: East Central Europe in Context. Konference je pořádána v rámci výzkumného projektu Towards Illiberal Constitutionalism in East Central Europe: Historical Analysis in Comparative and Transnational Perspectives, do kterého je Ústav pro soudobé dějiny AV ČR, v. v. i., již třetím rokem zapojen.
Konference si klade za cíl zprostředkovat diskusi nad tématy, které tvoří páteř kolektivní monografie připravované v rámci tohoto projektu. Kniha bude představovat jeden z jeho zásadních výstupů a zaměří se na fenomény, jakými jsou vzestup autoritativního způsobu vládnutí, úspěch populistických politických hnutí či nástup liberálního konstitucionalismu.
